Welcome to Riseley
Welcome to Riseley Church of England Primary School
Dear parents
I would like to warmly welcome you to our school website.
Riseley Church of England Primary School is situated in Riseley Village in North Bedfordshire. We are a single form entry Primary School which also has a superb Nursery, run by our dedicated and hardworking staff.
Riseley Primary is a Church of England School which has close links to our village church, All Saint's and is part of the Diocese of St. Albans. We take great pride in serving our local community.
Our vision for every child that attends our school is that they have a rich, well-rounded and full education. We aim to provide our children with strong pastoral and emotional support and a high quality academic education. We achieve this through our carefully planned and delivered curriculum provision and by supporting every child individually wherever possible.
Mr Leigh Pointon
Executive Headteacher
We want all of our children and staff to be happy and enjoy their time at school, sharing their successes individually and collectively.
We are a school which places values and morals at the core of our work. It is essential that children are provided with the tools to be whoever they want to be and that they are able to to make a positive contribution to society. We endeavour to encourage and support children to have positive aspirations for the future. Through our focus on Values Education and our Christian Distinctiveness, we support children to understand a wide range of Christian, Human and British values.
Our team of staff at Riseley Primary are dedicated to improving the lives of our children and making their time at Riseley as special as possible.
We warmly welcome visitors to our school, to see what we have to offer and to chat to staff about our provision. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact Mrs Sharp in our office, whom will be able to organise this for you.
I hope that this website will give you a flavour of what makes Riseley C of E Primary so special. We will be updating various areas of the website over the term ahead, so please do check back regularly to see what has been added.
My very best wishes
