Welcome to the PTA

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of Riseley C of E Primary School is run by a group of parent and teacher volunteers. Some volunteers have more official roles and titles (see below) but everyone's efforts, ideas and involvement is important and greatly appreciated.

Meeting for an hour every 4-6 weeks, we plan fundraising events and initiatives that look to raise much-needed funds to support the school for the benefit of every pupil. If you’ve not joined the ranks, please do! You can get involved as much or as little as your time allows and if you have any questions then get in touch with a member of the committee.

RAISED: Last year the PTA raised a whopping £5,625.86. Thank you for all your support!

DONATED: Together with savings the money raised last year has already been contributed as follows:

£5,750 = 20% towards new school play equipment
£654 towards school trips and activities
£500 towards swimming lessons
£540 towards Billionaire Boy theatre trip
£500 towards end of year inflatables and activities last July
£500 towards aspiration week

HOW CAN YOU HELP? We're welcoming volunteers for individual events, fundraising events or ideas - so don't feel obligated to come to multiple meetings if that won't work for you.

Most importantly, please come along to our events and encourage your children to get involved. This is the real game changer, as the many hours of prep that go into an event like a school fair, are only impactful if the kids come and have fun!
